Returns & Exchanges

GOLF le FLEUR* accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all seasonal drops and limited collaborations are subject to final sale policies unless defective.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original GOLF le FLEUR* custom packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
